As Masaki carried him we see his mind thinking about the events that he has learned. The events about the Creators, human, the evolution process, about the Guyver and about how saved our world from destruction and injuring him to the state that he is now.

As he places on to his resting chamber he moves out from the pyramid... ... only to feel great remose for what he has to do and is having second thoughts.
