Millions ( maybe Billions! ) of years old, Archanfel is more like a lost child that the creator's abandoned and his sole purpose is to want to meet with the creator again. Why I have no idea... ( Maybe because in him he wants to prove to his "parents" that he is worthy of them and he wants to return to their arms. )

In the early series, Archanfel is proteayed as a very cruel person that would even kill his subjects if seen by them, BUT in the later series we see the kind and caring side of him. His affection towards Masaki is quite astonishing.

But he is struck by a great illness, ( maybe because of his attempt to save the world some million of years ago ) he needs to "sleep" to recover his strength and each sleep phase is getting longer and longer by the years... ...

Hated him in the early series but then grew to like this character later on :)
I really wonder what he would do when he find the Creators....
